Crikey Customs – Return & Refund Policy

At Crikey Customs, every item is custom-made just for you – from stubby holders to shirts, mugs, and even 3D-printed gear. Because we produce everything to order using your supplied designs, we’ve put together a clear and fair Returns and Refund Policy below to keep things simple.


🔄 Change of Mind Returns

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. As all products are customised specifically for each customer, we're unable to resell returned items.


🛠️ Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your order arrives:

  • Faulty or defective

  • With incorrect items

  • With an incorrect quantity

We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or full refund.

To help us process this quickly, please email us at production@crikeycustoms.com.au within 30 days of receiving your item(s), and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We'll assess the issue and respond as quickly as possible.

Crikey Customs covers return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.


Return Window

Claims for returns, replacements or refunds must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Outside of this window, unfortunately, we’re unable to assist.


🌍 International Orders

We can ship internationally on request. Please note:

  • Returns and refunds for international orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Shipping costs for international returns may not be covered unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

💵 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at production@crikeycustoms.com.au.
